We believe that quality performance and high motivation is imperative for a sound mind and body. Therefore, we make sure our colleagues have access to resources that support their physical and mental well-being.
We prioritise health and we have developed tailored wellness initiatives directed at promoting positivity and healthy behaviour to increase the overall happiness quotient. We constantly collaborate with doctors, health, wellness and fitness experts to help our people maintain a work-life balance. We facilitate health camps for routine check-ups; regular visits by doctors to discuss individual health challenges; and have also tie-ups with leading hospitals to foster an environment of mental well-being.
As part of our holistic approach to ensuring mental wellness of our people, our mental wellness program encompasses motivational/awareness sessions almost on a monthly basis. It focuses on keeping our people motivated and connected, and assisting with several psychological aspects, physical fitness and mind relaxing techniques. We facilitate access to individual counselling by consultants from leading healthcare institutions, apart from organising webinars on diverse aspects such as building resilience at the workplace, mental well-being during Covid-19, emotional Intelligence, art therapy and movement therapy sessions, among other topics.
Other creative ways to enable lawyers deal with stressful and high pressure work situations, include facilitating therapeutic experiences through ‘pet therapy’ sessions with furry friends (dogs). The Firm has collaborated with ‘Fur Ball Story’ to organise fun and relaxing sessions with the furry friends in office. Some other initiatives include those with not-for-profit organisations such as The Heartfulness Institute for meditation sessions that aim at developing inner balance and strengthening emotional well-being. We have also created and introduced policies with an eye on supporting our people on challenges specific to Covid-19, such as increased insurance cover for our people and tied up with leading hospitals, for them to speedily and conveniently access medical assistance.
