Yogesh Chande is a Partner in the Firm since July 2015, and is practicing in India with more than 20 years of transactional experience.
Yogesh concentrates on structuring of mergers and acquisitions of listed companies, fund raising by listed companies, and securities regulations governing Indian capital markets.
Yogesh has worked with the National Stock Exchange investigation and listing, and investment banks like ICICI Securities and Ambit Corporate Finance. He has also advised on various public takeovers, delistings, company buybacks, initial public offerings and private fund raising programs by listed companies. Over the years, he has gained extensive experience in structuring transactions involving listed companies and has handled wide variety of transactional matters also from an operational perspective. Yogesh, in the past has also appeared before the Securities Appellate Tribunal representing SEBI.
Before joining the Firm, Yogesh has worked as an Associate Partner with Economic Laws Practice.
