Dorothy focusses on General Corporate, especially FDI into the State of Tamil Nadu, and Real Estate. She holds an impressive track record of over 19 years of hands-on experience in India, UK and USA and has served as lead consultant for several Fortune 500 companies based in North America and Europe.
Dorothy has demonstrated the ability to lead corporations investing in India on a variety of competitive industries and diverse sectors of business and also represents some of the largest corporate houses within the State of Tamil Nadu. Recently, she advised L&T Construction in its acquisition of fifty per cent stake in L&T-Ramboll Consulting Engineers Ltd held by Ramboll Denmark, advised the Ikya Group on its acquisition of Hofincons Infotech & Industrial Services Private Limited, advised Eurovia Group on its sale of NAPC Limited and related regulatory matters, and assisted Adani Ports and Special Economic Zone Limited in relation to the proposed demerger of the ports division (Katupalli Port) of L&T Shipbuilding Limited.
Dorothy has authored Op-Eds and Columns for leading publications in India and the US.
