He regularly advises large strategic corporates, sovereign wealth funds, private equity funds and MNCs on a variety of domestic and cross-border transactions, corporate restructuring, amalgamations, joint ventures and private equity investments.

- Cyprus Realtors in setting up a joint venture platform with the Blackstone group and receiving investments via FDI, FVCI and ECB routes for development of industrial and logistics parks in Karnataka, Maharashtra, Tamil Nadu and West Bengal.
- Hiranandani Group on structuring its subsidiary entities and transferring immovable properties through a composite court scheme and subsequent monetisation of commercial properties by sale to the Brookfield group for approximately USD 1 billion (about Rs. 6,700 crore) for 4.5 million sq. ft of office space. This was India’s largest office space transaction back in 2016.
- Tata Roads and Infrastructure Limited on forming a joint venture with Standard Chartered fund for investing approximately USD 250 million in construction-development projects.
