Rishabh Jaisani
Rishabh Jaisani is a Partner in the Dispute Resolution practice of the Firm. His area of practice includes commercial, insolvency and securities litigations as well as international and domestic commercial arbitrations.
Rishabh focuses on commercial litigation, arbitration and litigation related to Insolvency and Bankruptcy and Securities laws. He has advised various clients on complex legal aspects concerning suits, arbitration matters, corporate and commercials matter, shareholders disputes, banking and finance related litigation, debt recovery and insolvency related litigation.
He is also instructed by many of the Firm’s clients to appear as a lead counsel in a number of matters before the High Courts across India including Bombay High Court and Delhi High Court, District Courts, National Company Law Tribunal, National Company Law Appellate Tribunal and Securities Appellate Tribunal as well as domestic seated arbitral tribunals.
