Harshita Srivastava is a Partner and part of the firm’s General Corporate Practice Group.
With over 16 years of distinguished experience, Harshita is a seasoned practitioner specialising in private equity investments, exits and mergers and acquisitions. Her expertise spans across complex cross border transactions guiding marquee private equity funds, multinational corporations, financial institutions and large Indian and German conglomerates, through the intricate legal landscape of business growth, acquisition and restructuring.
Over the years, she has led and executed transactions across diverse sectors including financial services, healthcare, technology, consumer products and infrastructure. Known for her meticulous attention to detail and sharp deal making skills, Harshita has built a reputation of being a trusted advisor to clients navigating sensitive negotiations, regulatory challenges and cross border complexities.
Alongside her mainstream practice, she also brings specialised experience in advising insurers and underwriters on transactional liability and warranty & indemnity (W&I) insurance. The dual focus helps her to bridge deal making with risk allocation offering clients a holistic perspective on structuring, negotiating and insuring transactions in the Indian market.
She was a member of the SEBI Committee instituted in 2018 for the setup of the Innovative Growth Platform (a listing platform for startups) in India. For her contributions to the legal profession, Harshita has been recognised many international publications such as The Legal 500 Asia Pacific in 2023 and 2025, ALB India 2025 and by the Startup Europe India Network in 2019.
