Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas strengthens its investment funds practice with the hire of Gaurita Udiyawar

Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co. is pleased to announce that Gaurita Udiyawar has joined the firm as a Partner in the investment funds and asset management practice in Mumbai.

Gaurita Udiyawar brings with her 10 years of experience and specialization in the investment funds space. She has significant experience in structuring, setting-up and documentation of investment funds in India and overseas. Gaurita advises asset management companies and sponsors in the formation, structuring, and negotiation of a wide variety of private investment vehicles. Majority of her work in the last 10 years has been leading investment fund set-ups and raises involving investments from DFIs and multilateral institutions.
