Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co. advises Warburg Pincus in its investment in Medplus Health Services Private Limited

Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co. advised Warburg Pincus in its acquisition of a substantial minority stake in Medplus Health Services Private Limited and subscription to non-convertible debentures issued by a group company of Medplus Health Services Private Limited.
