Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co. advises Vidal Health and Vidal TPA to acquire 100% of the paid-up equity share of Vipul Medcare and Vipul Medcorp

Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co. advised Vidal Healthcare Services Private Limited (“Vidal Health”) and Vidal Health Insurance TPA Private Limited (“Vidal TPA”) to acquire 100% of the paid-up equity share capital of Vipul Medcare Private Limited (“Vipul Medcare”) and Vipul Medcorp Insurance TPA Private Limited (“Vipul Medcorp”),respectively. Vidal TPA acquired Vipul Medcorp after obtaining the approval of the IRDAI.
