Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co. advises Think & Learn and BYJU’s to acquire 100% shareholding of the Great Learning Group by Great Lakes E-Learning Services and Great Learning Education

Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co. advised Think & Learn Private Limited (“BYJU’s India”) and BYJU’s Pte. Ltd. (“BYJU’s Singapore”) to acquire 100% shareholding of the Great Learning Group by Great Lakes E-Learning Services Private Limited (“GLI”) and Great Learning Education Pte. Ltd. (“GLS”), respectively. The deal is valued upto USD 650 million.
