Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co. advised PVR Limited in the proposed merger of INOX Leisure Limited with PVR Limited.
The Board of Directors of PVR Limited and INOX Leisure Limited approved, on 27 March 2022, the proposed amalgamation of INOX Leisure Limited into and with PVR Limited.
The amalgamation is subject to approval of the shareholders of PVR and INOX respectively, stock exchanges, SEBI and such other regulatory approvals as may be required. Further details of the transaction, along with related statutory disclosures, are available on the BSE and NSE websites.
