Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co. (SAM & Co) advised News Corporation along with its subsidiary NWS Digital Asia Pte. Limited to divest 100% of their shareholding in Mosaic Media Ventures Private Limited to HT Media Limited. The date of closing is December 2, 2020.
