Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co. advised LeapFrog Investments (“LeapFrog”) in $75 million Series C round of investment in Healthifyme Private Limited (‘HealthifyMe’), which was led by LeapFrog and Khosla Ventures. Other investors participating in this round included Chirate Ventures, Unilever Swiss Holdings AG, Inventus Capital Partners Sistema Asia Fund and HealthQuad.
