Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co. advised Guiding Media and its founder Mr. Abhijeet Mukherjee in relation to the sale of Guiding Media’s business, along with its intellectual property assets to Padre Media US owned entity, Zeus LLC. Guiding Media’s business included the popular consumer tech website, https://www.guidingtech.com/, YouTube channels Guiding Tech and GT Hindi, and Guiding Tech’s social media accounts. The date of closing was 18 November 2020.
