Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co. advises Groyyo on INR 90 crore series B fundraise

Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co. (SAM) advised Groyyo Private Limited on its Series B fundraise round led by Cornerstone Ventures Enterprise Tech Fund II, with participation by certain existing investors including Alpha Wave Incubation, LP. The first tranche of the Series B round was valued at approximately INR 90 crores.

The investment will enable Groyyo to expand its network of 470+ manufacturers, deepen its AIpowered design and trend-forecasting capabilities, and accelerate its presence across North America, Europe and the Middle East.

The transaction involved a cross-border investor base spanning Singapore and the UAE and underscores the growing institutional investment in technology-enabled platforms serving global fashion supply chains.

The SAM team advising Groyyo Private Limited and its founders was led by Navruz Vakil, Partner, with Alena Nari Advani, Consultant; Daksh Hemnani, Senior Associate; and Vidhi Shah, Associate. SAM acted as advisors to the company and its founders on the transaction.
