Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co. acted as Indian counsel to WNS (Holdings) Limited, a digital-led business transformation and services company, in its proposed acquisition by Capgemini, a global business and technology transformation partner. The transaction, valued at approximately USD 3.3 billion, will be affected by means of a members’ scheme of arrangement under the Companies (Jersey) Law 1991, as amended.
