Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co. advises the book running lead managers (Axis Capital Limited, JM Financial Limited, Kotak Mahindra Capital Company Limited and DAM Capital Advisors Limited (formerly, IDFC Securities Limited) to an initial public offering by C.E. Info Systems Limited by way of an offer for sale by various shareholders of the Company, including Qualcomm Asia Pacific Pte. Ltd and Zenrin Co., Ltd. The deal is valued at USD 137 million. C. E. Info Systems Limited got listed on BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited on December 21, 2021.

C.E. Info Systems Limited, popularly known as “MapMyIndia” is India’s leading provider of advanced digital maps, geospatial software and location-based IoT technologies and is the only and first digital maps service provider in India to get listed. The IPO was subscribed 154.71 times. The IPO received bids for over 108.98 crore shares against over 70.44 lakh shares on offer.
