Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas advises Norwest Venture Partners X-Mauritius and Alpha Wave Ventures II in the Series B investment round of Mensa Brands – India’s fastest growing unicorn.

Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co. advised Norwest Venture Partners X-Mauritius (NVP) and Alpha Wave Ventures II (Falcon) in the Series B investment round of Mensa Brands Technologies Pte. Ltd. (Singapore). The deal is valued at USD 135 million. The date of closing was 13th December 2021. Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co. has also previously advised NVP, Accel India VI (Mauritius) Ltd and Alpha Wave Incubation, LP for Series A and Series A1 round of investment in Mensa Brands Technologies Pte. Ltd.
