Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas advises JK Paper Limited in the acquisition of 100% stake of the Horizon Packs Private Limited and Securipax Packaging Private Limited

Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co advised JK Paper Limited in the acquisition of 100% stake of the Horizon Packs Private Limited and Securipax Packaging Private Limited (“Target Entities”) in two tranches (85% currently and the balance 15% any time after the expiry of 1 year). The date of closing the deal was 12 December, 2022.
