Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co. advised Kotak Mahindra Capital Company Limited and HSBC Securities and Capital Markets (India) Private Limited in connection with the Rights Issue of equity shares by The Indian Hotels Company Limited. The deal is valued at USD 260.58 million. The date of closing was 15th December 2021.

This was the largest rights issue transaction by a listed hospitality company in the year 2021 and the 3rd largest rights issue transaction by a listed entity in the year 2021 in India.
