Manav Nagaraj will be joining Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas as Equity Partner, General Corporate, Bengaluru

Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co. (“SAM & Co.”) is pleased to announce that Manav Nagaraj will be joining our firm as an Equity Partner, General Corporate at our Bengaluru office.

 

Manav has over 21 years of enriching experience and specializes in local and international private equity, venture capital, mergers and acquisitions, fund formation, inbound and outbound investments, debt financing, general corporate transactions and general advisory. He has advised global funds, financial institutions, family offices, promoters and corporates across healthcare, technology, financial services and fin-tech, auto components, agri-biz and social impact sectors.

 

Manav will be joining with his team that includes K.S. Bhargava, a partner with over 12 years of experience in corporate, commercial and real estate matters.
