The Central Government has operationalised the four Labour Codes by notifying the Central Rules under each Code, the Model Standing Orders and the Worker Re-skilling Fund. With the Central Government machinery now in place, employers should immediately determine their appropriate government under each Code and accordingly reassess their overall compliance frameworks to align with the new regime.
