IBC@10 conclave: A decade of transformation

Partner, National Practice Head – Restructuring & Insolvency, Anoop Rawat, moderated discussions at the IBC@10 Conclave – A Decade of Transformation, held on June 13, 2026, at the Pradhanmantri Sangrahalaya Auditorium, New Delhi. Organised by the Indian Institute of Corporate Affairs (IICA) in collaboration with AIPE – Association of Insolvency Professional Entities, the conclave brought together policymakers, government officials, members of the judiciary and NCLT, insolvency professionals, financial institutions, investors, corporate leaders, advisors, and academicians to reflect on the evolution of India’s insolvency framework and deliberate on the future roadmap for reforms.
The conclave featured discussions on key themes shaping the insolvency ecosystem, including the impact of the IBC over the last decade, regulatory developments and reforms, enhancing resolution efficiency, financing and investment in distressed assets, technology and innovation in insolvency processes, and global best practices in cross-border insolvency frameworks.
