Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co. advises ChrysCapital Group on acquisition of stake in Linux Laboratories Private Limited

Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co (SAM) advised the ChrysCapital Group, on the acquisition of a minority stake in Linux Laboratories Private Limited (“Target Company”), a Chennai-based pharmaceutical company.
The transaction comprises of a secondary acquisition of shares from the Promoters and Tata Capital Healthcare Fund II and, a primary subscription to shares proposed to be issued by the Target Company.
SAM advised ChrysCapital Group on all legal aspects of the investment.
