Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co advises NDR Smart Spaces on INR 225 crore investment by International Finance Corporation

Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co. (SAM) advised NDR Smart Spaces Private Limited and its Promoters, the NDR Group, in connection with an aggregate investment of INR 225 crore by International Finance Corporation (IFC), a member of the World Bank Group.
The transaction marks an investment in the expansion of Grade A warehousing and logistics infrastructure across India, supporting the development of modern logistics capacity beyond the country’s major metropolitan markets.
