Srikant CV
Srikant CV is a Partner in the General Corporate practice at the Delhi office of the Firm.
He has close to 13 years’ experience in corporate commercial and general corporate transactions and advisory, including domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, strategic M&A, private equity and venture capital.
Srikant has worked across various sectors, including retail, manufacturing, ed-tech and healthcare. Srikant has advised extensively on fundraising from, and exits by, marquee investors, including Blackstone, Everstone, Naspers, Salesforce Ventures, Norwest Venture Partners, Lightspeed Venture Partners and Quadria Capital. Srikant also advises on domestic and cross-border mergers.
