Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas Advises Permira and Norwest on Multi-Tranche Secondary Acquisition in SILA Solutions

Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co. (SAM) acted as legal counsel to Permira Advisors Pte. Ltd. (Permira) and Norwest Venture Partners X – Mauritius (Norwest) in relation to a cross-border, multi-tranche secondary acquisition of securities in SILA Solutions Private Limited (SILA Solutions). The transaction involves an investment of ~USD 100 million in SILA Solutions by Permira, by way of acquisition of approximately 40% shareholding of SILA Solutions from Norwest and certain other existing shareholders.
