Siddhartha Sen is a Partner at the Firm and specialises in Projects and Project Finance practice.
Siddhartha has worked on transactions and several cross-border acquisitions involving foreign direct investment, private equity and venture capital, mergers and acquisitions, in varied sectors including power, roads, airport, real estate and oil and gas sector.
Siddhartha joined the Firm in July 2007 and has been involved in structuring of transactions, drafting and negotiations for finalisation of transaction documentation. He also interacts with governmental and regulatory authorities such as the Reserve Bank of India, the Foreign Investment Promotion Board, the Department for Industrial Policy and Promotion.
