Pratyush Singh advises clients on corporate law matters and M&A transactions (with a focus on private equity clients).

Pratyush has several years of experience in a range of corporate areas, and specializes in mergers and acquisitions, private equity investments and corporate restructuring transactions, both domestic as well as cross border. He also has extensive experience in joint ventures as well as a range of corporate advisory matters.

He has advised Indian and foreign corporates on a broad range of matters including business structuring, direct investments (green field and brown field), exits, mergers and acquisitions, legal due diligence, company formation, corporate compliances, corporate governance, and compliances under exchange control laws. He has advised clients in diverse sectors including renewable energy, e-commerce, edu-tech and manufacturing.

Pratyush regularly advises major clients such as Eruditus Executive Education, BookMyShow, Continuum Green Energy, O2 Power, boAt and Hero Electronix, as well as private equity investors such as TA Associates, Faering Capital, JM Financial and Lok Capital.

Recently, he has advised Eruditus Executive Education in multiple rounds of fund raise (including the latest fund raise of $650 million), Hexion Inc. in implementation of the India leg of its $450 million global sale of phenolic resin business to the Black Diamond group, TA Associates in their $250 million investment in Zifo RnD Solutions, boAt in their $100 million fund raise from Warburg Pincus and Clovia in their sale of majority stake to Reliance Retail Ventures.
