Neha Sinha is a Partner in the Firm’s General Corporate practice and focusses on M&A, joint ventures and PE investments. She is based out of the Delhi office.
Neha has experience in advising corporates on cross-border and domestic acquisitions and exits, group restructurings, outbound expansion and externalisation. She also has extensive experience in setting-up of domestic and offshore India-focussed investment funds, and carried–interest structuring. She also regularly advises Indian corporates and offshore investors on exchange control and securities regulations. Neha has worked extensively with foreign businesses on their organic and inorganic India entry strategy.
