Faraz Khan is a Partner at the Firm, and a member of the Private Equity and Mergers & Acquisitions Practice Group.
Faraz specializes in private equity investments, mergers and acquisitions (domestic and cross-border), joint-ventures and foreign investment laws and regularly advises blue chip private equity funds and fortune 500 global conglomerates on complex and strategic transactions in India.
Faraz completed his LL.M from Columbia Law School (as a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar) and his B.S.L, LL.B, from ILS Law College, Pune. Faraz is enrolled with the Bar Council of Delhi.
