Arka Banerjee is a Partner at the Firm, with focus on mergers and acquisitions (listed and unlisted), private equity transactions, joint ventures, restructurings and general corporate matters.
Arka has acted for several multinational corporates, financial institutions and private equity investors. His diverse sectoral experience includes inter alia telecom, retail, insurance, manufacturing, engineering, healthcare, IT/ITES services, defence and matters of corporate governance.
Prior to joining the Firm in October 2016, Arka worked with the erstwhile Amarchand & Mangaldas & Suresh A. Shroff & Co., in the Mumbai office. He has also served as Judicial Clerk to Justice Ashok Bhan, Supreme Court of India.
